Do you do commissions?
Yes! There is no limit to subject. From horse to fish to portraits, whatever you request I can paint. I take a 50% deposit. Email me at info@jesshillart.com with the subject name 'Commission'. If you'd like to see examples please head to my gallery page 'Commissions'.
Is there a limit to size you can do?
No, the largest I've completed so far has been 5 by 2 metres. If you'd like to enquire about the size please contact me at info@jesshillart.com with subject line 'Size'.
How long does it take?
It will depend on your request.
If it is a commission itself. Some take 2-6 weeks. If you would like a painting completed for a set date please contact me in well in advanced.
If it is pre-existing print/canvas you request it can take 1-2 weeks.
How do I send photos?
Via email or whatsapp.
Do you do finance options?
Yes, I can, please contact me with the title 'Finance'.
Can I buy a gift certificate?
Yes you can, you can purchase these via our shop.
How will my purchase be delivered?
All deliveries will be sent tracked and insured.
Re-works and Returns?
After the work is sent and completed you have exactly 7 days to return. If it is a commission you have 14 days to return.
